The Process: after getting into contact with us, we will request that you send in your document, as well as any additional information that may assist your editor in the writing process (i.e. a job posting, special instructions, etc.). Your editor will then respond with a custom invoice for your order. Upon receipt of payment, work on your file will begin. A first draft will be sent to you when available, and you will then converse with your editor by e-mail or phone regarding subsequent drafts until your new document is completed to your satisfaction. Your file will then be sent in both Word and PDF format. Standard delivery is within 7-10 business days, though often sooner. Express Service (2 business day completion) is also available at an additional charge.

The editing charge covers up to 1 page/ 500 words). If your editing request is more, an additional charge of $99.95 per page/ 500 words will apply, and be manually invoiced to you, based on the project. Volume rates are available for larger requests.

In some cases, we are able to accommodate SAME DAY document completion. This is on a case-by-case basis, depending on the particular workflow of that date and the time of the inquiry for an order. The cost for SAME DAY service is $149.95 per document.

Please note that the date of payment/ order submission is not included in the delivery turnaround time calculation (work begins on the next business day), nor are delays in client revision request responses.
